Position Overview
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a respected non-profit law firm to find a dedicated Client Services Specialist. This role is based in Florida and involves working closely with the Community Engagement and Intake Director to ensure that clients receive the necessary support and guidance. This position is crucial for helping the South Florida poverty community through effective client interaction and resource distribution.
Responsibilities
- Interview clients to understand their needs and concerns.
- Screen clients for eligibility to determine suitable services.
- Make appropriate referrals to other services or resources.
- Provide applicants with self-help educational material and general information.
- Assist at various clinics sponsored by the program to support community outreach.
- Conduct intake at outreach sites as assigned to ensure accessibility of services.
Qualifications
- Commitment to promoting the mission, vision, and values of Legal Services.
- Ability to accurately screen applicants and make referrals.
- Effective communication skills, treating applicants with respect and maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in utilizing the case management system.
- Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and take accurate messages.
- Willingness to accept and carry out directions from the supervisor.
- Exhibit teamwork and cooperation in completing job responsibilities.
- Dependability, including availability on a prompt and regular basis.
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology.
- Knowledge of Legal Server is desirable.
- Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills paired with a service-oriented attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.

Benefits
Max Pay is $19.2. Min Pay is $17.5.
